the proclamation of Philippine Independence and the birth of
our first President. Nestled in the heart of this historic land
is a restaurant that calls it home. For almost 40 years Josephine
Restaurant Kawit has been complementing Cavite's rich history.
She has been witness to the little children who used to play
amongst her chairs and tables, grow up and get married in her
beautiful garden. She has seen people on jittery first dates
and old couples lovingly holding hands. If Josephine's walls
